Rivals Football Power Rankngs: Week One

Week one of the new Rival's Football Power rankings finds four Boise State football players and two Boise state coaches among the ranked.
The lone defensive player for Boise State to make the rankings was defensive end Shae McClellin who sacked Virginia Tech quarterback Tyrod Taylor three times for losses of 6,5 and 1 yards in Boise's Monday night win over the Hokies. McClellin, who was not ranked in last weeks preseason rankings debuted on this weeks list at #20.Defensive Line Rankings
On offense, the Broncos have two receivers ranked among the top 25. Austin Pettis who stayed even at #7 and fellow wide receiver Titus Young who moved up one spot this week to #19. Pettis had 6 receptions for 73 yards and 2 touchdowns Monday night while Young had 6 receptions for 80 yards.Receiver Rankings

Also on offense for Boise State, Quarterback Kellen Moore who had been number 2 in the preseason power ranking moved to the number 1 spot after Monday night's performance. Moore went 23 of 38 for 215 yards and 3 touchdowns with no interceptions.Quarterback Rankings
