Broncos to Take on Wisconsin Next Season

BOISE, Idaho-Boise State men's basketball will face Wisconsin during the 2014-15 season, the schools announced Friday. The game is set for Nov. 22, in Madison, Wis., a tip time will be announced at a later date.

It will be the first all-time meeting between the two schools on the hardwood, and the fourth time in the last six years the Broncos have traveled to a Big Ten opponent. They faced Michigan State in 2012-13, Iowa in 2011-12 and Illinois in 2009-10. Boise State is 0-7 all-time against current members of the Big Ten.

The Badgers advanced to the Final Four last season and are expected to return four starters.

The Broncos are also slated to travel to North Carolina State of the Atlantic Coast Conference, Nov. 28. The only member of the ACC Boise State has faced previously is Louisville, who joined the conference last month.

The remainder of Boise State's 2014-15 nonconference schedule will be announced later this summer.
