Broncos land first commit of 2018 class

Boise State got their long awaited first commit of this recruiting class late last night. Phillip Mills, who was one of their earliest offers, pulled the trigger and committed to Boise State.

He also was in Boise for one of their Junior Days. He is a 3 star safety, but it would not surprise me if he played the hybrid SAM LB role, where he could really excel as a play-maker with his size (6'3" 215).

Mills also held offers from Wazzu, Wyoming, SDSU, and others. He is also the 92 ranked player in the state of California.

Blue-Turf will have a more in-depth interview as soon as possible, but for now enjoy what he said in his tweet and view his highlights
