Broncos Add Two on 'Signing Day'

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State football head coach Andy Avalos announced a pair of additions to the Broncos’ signing class, Wednesday.

The newest Broncos include wide receiver Ben Ford from Eagle High School and Cyrus Habibi-Likio, a running back transfer from Oregon.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER Played quarterback at Eagle beginning with his sophomore season...two-sport student-athlete who had multiple offers to play Division I baseball…Idaho High School Player of the Year in 2020 on the gridiron…averaged 11.5 yards per carry and accumulated over 2,000 yards in total offense and accounted for 26 touchdowns (14 passing/12 rushing).

Cyrus Habibi-Likio was a junior at Oregon in 2020 and the other 16 signees will join the Broncos as freshmen in 2021.

OREGON CAREER Scored 21 touchdowns rushing in three-years with the Ducks…found paydirt once every 5.8 times he carried the ball…member of back-to-back Pac-12 championship teams.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER Four-star prospect by 247Sports after competing at St. Francis in Mountain View, Calif…rated No. 42 running back nationally by Rivals…played in the 2017 Polynesian Bowl…All-West Catholic Athletic League as a senior after being named WCAL Junior of the Year in a season when he amassed over 2,000 all-purpose yards.

Boise State 2021 Recruiting Class

With the student-athletes inked in December, the signing class is comprised of individuals from California (five), Texas (five), Colorado (three), Arizona (one), Connecticut (one), Idaho (one) and Oklahoma (one).


Ten of the individuals play on the offensive side of the ball, including four wide receivers, three offensive linemen, a quarterback, one running back and a tight end.


Defensively, Boise State signed seven players, including three linebackers, two safeties, one defensive lineman and one STUD.
