HONOLULU (AP) La'Shard Anderson scored 12 of his game-high 20 points in the first half to help Boise State to a 79-55 win over Hawaii Saturday night.
A 50-point second half fueled the Broncos (11-5, 4-0 Western Athletic) to their fourth consecutive win. It was the most points allowed at home this season by the Rainbow Warriors (9-7, 0-4), who dropped their fourth straight.
Back-to-back 3-pointers by Robert Arnold and Anderson ignited a 20-3 Boise State run to start the second half. The Broncos turned a 31-29 deficit to a 49-34 lead and never looked back.
Thomas Bropleh had 14 points and Daequon Montreal and Westly Perryman added 10 apiece for Boise State. Zane Johnson led Hawaii with 18 points.
The Broncos shot 47.1 percent from the field, including 52.9 percent (9 of 17) from behind the arc. They scored 16 points off 15 Hawaii turnovers and had 12 assists.
