FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - It was a slow-paced learning practice in the morning and a full-blown scrimmage in the afternoon for the West team.

At the first day of Offense-Defense All-American Bowl practices, the West coaches definitely gave the players a little bit of everything to work with. Head coach John Outlaw said that that from his quarterbacks to his defense, that was all for a reason.
