Four-star athlete Davon Morgan took an unofficial visit this weekend to Blacksburg to check out the game and help the Hokies recruit teammates Bud Tribbey and Jamar Jackson. The Richmond, Va., Varina prospect had a good time on his visit to Virginia Tech.

"Everything was great, I felt like I was at home and the coaches made me very comfortable," he said. "They did lose, but every team loses. Now they just have to make up for what they did wrong. I still think Tech is a great program with great coaches, they just had a bad game."
