D.J. Thomas has Hokies on top

HokieHaven.com Athlete D.J. Thomas out of Ashland, Va., Patrick Henry holds two offers from Virginia Tech and Tennessee. The 5-foot-10, 170-pounder claims one of those schools stands out for his services at this time.
"I'd say I'm favoring Virginia Tech a little more," he stated. "I've been there and it's close to home, so that is primarily why I'm favoring them.
"Overall I just like their program. I think I'd fit in well and they'll give me a chance to play. The coaches are also pretty nice and cool. I like coach Cavanaugh from the bit I've talked to him."
Despite claiming the Hokies as his leader, the three-star prospect is giving Tennessee a hard look.
